Remembrance: The Holocaust and the Armenian Genocide

The program will include welcomes by two elected officials, and a speaker on the Holocaust and a speaker on the Armenian Genocide, followed by a Q & A session with the event attendees. Here is the expected timeframes for each part of the event, which start at 10:10 SM and will end by 12:30 PM:

9:45 am to 10:10 am:  Registration, social time, getting food, flag salute.

10:10 to 10:15 am:  DFI LA President Gregg Solkovits greets the audience, then turns it over to Mihran Kalaydjian and Colleen Schwab, co-chairs of DFI LA Educational Programs Committee.

10:15 to 10:22:  Keynote Speakers Adrin Nazarian and Bob Bloomfield

10:22 to 10:37 – Speaker from Museum of Tolerance

10:37 to 10:52 – Speaker from Armenian Community

11:07 to 11:22 – Q & A from audience; discussion/answers from any/all panelists

11:22 to 11:25 – Playing of Hatikvah, end of Educational Program

11:25 to 11:30 – Break

11:30 to 12 (up to 12:30) – DFI LA General Membership Meeting
